Here's How It Works

First Year: Full Coverage

If your mattress begins to sag or no longer provides proper support within the first year, we will replace it with a new mattress on a one-to-one basis at no cost to you.

Years 2–10

If your mattress develops sagging and is no longer providing proper support—even in Year 8, 9, or 10—we will provide a one-time one-to-one replacement.

You only pay $350 for transportation and handling.

For Swissaire mattresses, replacement is completely free throughout the 10-year guarantee period.
